Short answer: No, only one account per player/IP is allowed.
Exception
You can have two accounts if you play on both Java and Bedrock editions (one account per edition).
Rules for Multiple Accounts
- Cannot collect daily rewards on both accounts
- Cannot use accounts to gain unfair advantages
- Must play accounts separately
